Best Friend passing through

Today I was sitting in my office and had to put my thoughts on paper. Last Saturday I heard disturbing news, a friend of mine passed away a special relationship that started back in 1989. A friend that, made such an impact on my personal as much as my business life. We all meet some people that are different than all the other relationships we have encountered in our Life. This person had that impact on many, not just my life. Being in sales and network marketing I have met literally thousands of people from all walks of life and different races with all types of economical circumstances and I have never met anyone like this man. His life has to be talked about.
I met Ruben Ramirez at Fontana Nissan in 1989, In retrospect I had the pleasure to work with two of the most dynamic people in the Auto Industry, One was our G.M. Charlie Tuttle and my G.S.M. Ken Ross. I was about to meet the most talented human being that I ever encountered in my 20 years in The Auto Industry. It was a busy Thursday at our store we had 14 cars out by 2:00 pm and a sharp Individual came in with the gaudiest Gold bracelet I had ever seen. I was a Closer at the time and asked him if he needed help, He politely said no and introduced himself as Ruben Ramirez. As I saw Charlie and Ken coming in, they greeted Ruben and took him upstairs for a two hour interview. When they were upstairs I remember telling another Closer by the name of Chris, this guy Ruben is a closer and they are going to replace one of the four closers. Chris just smiled and said we are safe don’t worry about it, Chris had been a closer for 11 years he was a veteran. I didn’t think much about Ruben we were busy I just kept working, I saw Ruben leave he said goodbye and left the Dealership. The next day Charlie was having a meeting with all the Closers, one by one they were letting them go, I was next, as Charlie began to talk to me he said "Fidel you know you are one of my favorite employees" I had dominated the sales floor for the last 12 months and Charlie had promoted me to Closer for 3 months. He continued to speak and he explained how they wanted this guy Ruben to come and work at our store but in order to do that I had to step down as a Salesman to make room for him because in order for Ruben to come to our store he wanted only two teams, that meant only two Closers. As I heard Charlie explained further he had fired the other Closers but he wanted me to stay. Charlie told me if I wanted I could work with Chris, keep my Demo and he felt I would be more comfortable with Chris because I knew him for a year. As I thought about my decision, I explained to Charlie how much I respected him and his decision but instead of Chris I would work for Ruben. Charlie asked me why? Here was my response. "Two of the most respected car people I know just got closed to go to two teams and alter the Closer's pay plan. I know I can learn something from this man" Charlie laughed and said "Kid you will go a long way in this Business".
The first meeting there were 17 Salesman in a broken down building in Fontana A.C. not working and in comes Ruben Ramirez, sharp dressed his meeting was quick he said "I only have one rule turn everybody, you can go to lunch for as long as you want, come in late, leave the lot when ever you want, I don’t care, just turn everybody because I can close anybody. Let’s ballooned the lot, let’s get to work." Then as people got up he said "Fidel stay here, I need to talk to you." As everyone left I was amazed it was not the typical meeting. As Ruben spoke he asked all kinds of questions, then he reached in his wallet and said "I have a proposition for you, Work as hard as you can and the best month you had as a closer I will beat it by three thousand dollars. To show you how serious I am, Here is $2,000 if I don’t beat your best month as a closer you can keep this money." I was shocked, the best month as a Closer for me was $14,000, that month with Ruben as my closer I made $25,000. Needless to say I had to give him his money back, when I tried he refused and told me to use the money to buy two good suits. I did not know how to dress for success till I met Ruben, In essence he bought my first two suits. When I do events I often get complimented on the way I dress, thanks again. Ruben once told me you need to dress the way you want to be addressed.
Through the years we worked together at only four stores Fontana Nissan, West Covina Toyota, Moreno valley Toyota and Massey Chevrolet. But his mentoring of me never stopped he continued to Educate me in Sales techniques and perspectives in Life. At all the stores he worked at, I visited him often, Ruben was always upbeat and great to be around. He always made you feel good. No matter what he was going through. I remember years back I heard he was in an Automobile Accident a bad one, When I went to see him he was on this machine were he was lying face down as I tryed to make him feel better I explained to him that God spared his life for a reason. As I told him various stories about our Deals through out the years to make him laugh he got serious, a side I had never seen before and he cried. He told me what great friend I was and said " Fidel what if I never walk again, I wouldn't be able to walk with Larry on the beach and play catch with him and walk along the side of him." As he cried I saw the fear of what he was saying. I tried to comfort him to no avail. Larry his son meant everything to him. He would beam when ever he would talk about what Larry had done or was about to do. Ruben was extremely proud of his son he was his Universe. I went to visit Ruben a few more times in the hospital until they dismiss him. Ruben made it and was able to walk and enjoy his Family. He was able to walk again by the miracle I call Jesus Christ.
Through the years I always stayed in contact with Ruben because he was always showing his craft to others that wanted to master the art of Closing. A few times he would ask me to speak to some of his Salesman or managers to keep them upbeat. When I left the Auto Industry I was running a Nissan store making good money, I joined a Network Marketing Company. Everyone in my circle of influence made fun me they thought I was dumb for giving up a good career in The Auto Industry and joining this Company. All but Ruben, he encouraged me to pursue my path he told me that I was one of the most talented individuals he had managed. Not only did he encourage me he also supported me, he was the first person to give me my first Corporate Account with my new Company and nine others, Thank you Ruben, Because of your help I made more money in nine years than I had made in 15 years working for someone else.
The last time I talked to Ruben he was a GSM at Redlands Toyota we spoke for 20 minutes and said how we needed to get together for lunch and catch up. Unfortunately that lunch never came, we as adults continue to make plans not ever knowing when our time is expired. You see Jesus knew when his time would expire, he knew the kiss of Judas would be the signal to arrest him, he knew at the last supper, who would betray him. Yet in all his Glory and love he still fed all his disciples and washed their feet, including those of the traitor. Why is LOVE mentioned over 310 times in the Bible. I believe it's because God wanted us to love one another the way he loved us. That’s why Jesus, is the only way to heaven, Agape love, the ultimate Love the love from God. For who so ever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. As for my Best Friend Ruben I pray he reached out to his best friend Jesus before his Life expired, because I guarantee you this, Jesus was waiting for him to ask. In our trials and tribulations when we ask, Where Is God because we don’t see him, Believe this he sees you when all hope is gone because He is right next to you, weeping for the pain your going through. Waiting for us to ask him, to enter our lives so he may be our best friend. Ruben showed a tremendous amount of love to me and others I witness his passion for his craft how he loved sharing his knowledge with people on how to master a crazy business. He showed me compassion, tutoring and mentorship that will always remain in my heart and in the hearts of many for ever. That's where great friends should be, in our Hearts till we pass on to a greater life, Ruben so long, it's not goodbye for I have faith I will see you again my dear friend, You will be missed. Until we see each other again. The Earth Team will never be the same they lost a great Player and Coach.

Angel of Light

Hello Everyone,

God has blessed me with 49 years on this Beautiful Earth. As I reflect on this incredible journey, Through Success, Failures, Family issues, Death of loved ones, Financial issues, Health issues and failed relationships and places I have traveled through, 47 States of this Beautiful Country of ours and some of the most exotic parts of the World, literally met thousands of people from all walks of life and different races. I feel Blessed to have my inner circle of friends, people that truly make this a better World to live in. As I reflect on all these unique individuals I must write about someone that has made an immense impact on my Life. She Reminds me of this poem I read 25 years ago,
"Some people walk in our Life and exit quickly,
Others enter our Life and stay for a while,
While others walk in our Life and leave an impact on our Destination,
that remains in our Heart for ever."

God put it best when he said in Genesis 1:3-4 "Then God said let there be light" and there was light and God saw that the light was good. Then he separated the light from the darkness.

I believe our problems in Life are affiliated with darkness and God places light to shine our path out of the darkness, yet we are so stubborn we are not aware we are in darkness, it doesn't matter we are bumping into things or falling over obstacles, we believe we will be okay in the darkness. Yet with out light, plants, grass,trees and flowers don't grow, and with out God's light we don't grow either, we become stagnant. We need to understand that as living organism we cannot stand still in darkness, with out spoiling or worse dying in darkness.

Light is magnificent, sunny skies not a cloud in sight some would call it Heaven. Light allows for all the colors of the rainbow to shine brightly. I wouldn't want to exist in a World with out Light. I was fortunate enough to go on an Alaska cruise about 12 years ago for a month. During the time I went it never got dark, there was light all day and night, I loved it!

There our angels of Light that walk in our Lives and create such a Wonderful impact on our destiny, even when there not around they make us smile. This person is one of the special people in my Life that through the darkness, I have experience in the last year, has helped me to cope with some of the doubts and betrayal I felt that came, from a trusted source. I met her Miss C. 9 years ago at a Dealership I did some work for. At first it was Hi and Bye. Then she would come down and talk to me about different issues about her life, at the time I was doing very well and I was happy to assist her with my time. I made myself available when ever she needed to talk. Am I glad I was a good friend to her. Never in my wildest imagination would I have seen what was coming in my life and the problems I would have to face. God saw everything coming he is omni-present he sees in the present the future and in between. Thank you Father God for placing her in my life. Truly an Angel of Light, through the nine years I have known her I wish I loved people the way she does, she goes out of her way to babysit friends kids out of her way for Birthday and actually thinks about what to buy her friends for their Birthday's and Christmas.
The old saying "it's not the gift that counts it's the thought that counts" I never understood till I met her. She has unbelievable patience for friends that in my opinion take a little advantage of her, yet with her nothings changes she remains the same Faith full to her beliefs. I have watched her pray for people, help others in need and not once ever wanted something in return except true friendship. Through my darkness, I forgot this wonderful person's Birthday I was so involved with my darkness and feeling sorry for my self, I forgot to pay respect for the day she was created. For that I am so sorry, because I want you to know that I thank God the day you where born and with out you and the help of God himself I might not have gotten out of the darkness I was in. Just as a personal note to you I will never forget again, Because your Birth should always be celebrated. Now I can list all the things Miss C. has done for me and my Family but this blog would be 20 pages long. It's not suffice to just say thank you, but here goes, "THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE, YOU WILL REMAIN IN MY HEART FOR EVER YOUR LIFE MATTERS IN MINE"

John 3:15 No one has greater love, than to lay down his own life for his friends

This Angel of light Miss C., is this type of friend, "I would lay down my life for her. She makes this Grey World a colorful and spectacular place, for her being a part of the human race and everyone she touches have better lives because of her attitude and spirit about Life and God.

Now God has placed Angels of light in your life to get out of the darkness, look for them they will guide you out. God also has placed warriors in your life to fight the spiritual fight with you and defeat the enemy. Once again, with God for you who can possibly be against you. We have been anointed with Victory that was paid at the Cavalry Cross through Jesus himself, your life was paid for with a ransom blood of a sacred Life, Jesus the perfect lived life. Listen to God's voice his always guiding his sheep towards the light for the sheep that hear his voice and knock, he will come in and start a relationship of love and light. Do not let the enemy fool you and blind you, there is light after the darkness and the light is so beautiful you will never want to live in darkness again. Father God I worship and praise you for the Angels of light and warriors you have placed in my life to free me from bondage of the enemy and darkness, I love the light of your being, in Jesus name I speak Light to everyone that will hear your voice, amen.

Prayer For Peace

Hello Everyone,

First thing that comes to my mind today is, all the suffering that's around the World with natural disasters. I hear People say, "Where is God" They say "If there was a God, why is he allowing all this suffering. The news comes with these horrific images of all the Death and devastation from these natural disasters, earthquakes,tidal waves and tsunamis. We see Images of people and buildings rocked to their core. Why? Just when you think is all over another disaster hits with more magnitude, as a Life Coach it breaks my heart, to see so much suffering in the World.

We are all seeking answers. Yet we are not asking the right question. With knowledge comes a great deal of responsibility. To apply the knowledge and share it with a World that is suffering and hungry for the truth. First what is the question. As far as I can remember from the business and personal world everyone wants to know their Purpose.
Why am I here?
Why am I going through this?
What is my Mission?
Before we can get that answer, we must first read the owners manual to our Life.
When ever we purchase any electronic device we always read the owners manual to set up the device, so we may operate it properly. Yet our life that is more complex than anything we have ever purchase, we put the manual away and some of us don't even have one, so can we read it. Who would know more about your purpose than the one that created it you. He left a manual for us to read, so we may find the purpose we were created it for.
The Manual, Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth (BIBLE). A blueprint for living your purpose driven life. Instructions by the ultimate Teacher on how to live on this Earth according to his will. It's sounds so simple, read,comprehend apply the knowledge and share it with others. We have already tried the World's way, write down short, medium and long term goals. Write a daily list of ten things to do. Read books on self development. Go to self development classes all these things are great if you mix solid Biblical principles along with that. If you think about this Prophets spoke over 300 prophecies of Jesus birth, life and Death. So much has been written about his existence, isn't he worth reading about. If you are like me, I have tried everything, yet everything pales in comparison to his written word. Even if you don't believe, it makes compelling reading, the stories are fascinating.
They say life expectancy is 75 years old, yet this man they called Jesus lived only 30 percent of that and he is and always will be the most talked about human being that has ever lived. Where he walked is considered Holy land, His Birthplace is visited by more visitors than any other place. Nations fight over the land he was born in. Now we go back, What is the Question?

What is our Purpose, Why are we here? Start Reading and find out.

If you're like me, "I want to know the Truth." Can you handle the truth?

If you don't have what you want out of life, Stop investing in the flesh, Invest in the Spirit. Our life is but a minute, Eternity is for ever. We all want our Life and Family to have a purpose, for our life to matter. For our life to echo in Eternity. Live a life, rich in Spirit and meaning. Make a difference in the World we live in,the world we have been sown in. Then all you have to do is Change your surroundings to accommodate your Purpose.

The World is grieving in pain from Economic, Natural, Man and Women made disasters. It's our Duty as believers to pray for Peace and hope for a World that is Dying slowly. Prayer makes a difference. Just know that God has a plan for you, no matter where your at in Life, He has a purpose for you. You might not be able to see God, but I promise you, he can see you, He will restore your life to it's original purpose. He will send the Red Cross, Fema and every form of Emergency help to assist you in your time of disaster. I know that his mercy and help has assisted me during my darkest hour and he continues to bring support all around me, with Friends family and outside sources and know this "I don't deserve anything he does for me", Jesus just gives based on his love and mercy that he has for you and me. Pray for a peaceful Nation, Pray for a Hopeful World and pray for Leaders to make the right decisions. Together we can make a difference with prayer. keep on praying. Be the difference you want in the World. Pray for Peace in the heart of the World. God Bless you and yours always.

Super Heroes Live among us

Hello everyone,

This year has been incredible, I have lived on this Earth for forty eight years and in my humble opinion it has been my hardest 12 months in my life. That being said I am grateful for a living God that has never forsake me or left me during my time of need. During my time of suffering God continues to show me how much he loves me.

Towards the end of the year I reflect on the last 12 months that comprise what we call a year and what makes our life worth living. I am very public about my struggles because I feel someone might read one of my Blogs and it would inspire them to live another hour, day,months or years. I pray that my inspirational writings gives someone hope. During December along with my Financial, Family and personal situations, I have experienced some health issues. I began to ask God if he could lift some issues off my plate, I felt I was experiencing to many issues all at once. Then God's hand, showed me in abundance all the seeds of friendship, I had planted through out my 48 years on this Earth. They came to fruition in Dec. 20010. We all know as believers the reason for Christmas is Jesus, the World needed a sacrificial lamb, unblemished to take the sins of the World, the ultimate Super hero. For that I will always be Eternally grateful. Because of his Gift{Sacrifice} we are saved. God Uses people on Earth to deliver miracles every day to people that are in need of hope, around the World. God uses people to deliver his message of hope and faith Through these amazing people, I call Super heroes.

Fictional Super Heroes come from all over. Aquaman, Spyder man, Batman, Batwomen,Captain America,Flash, Hulk and Superman. My favorite has always been Superman because Superman unlike the others is a real Superhero, he was born with all these powers even the blanket they place him in is indestructible. He actually has and alter ego Clark Kent so he can fit in to our society. Yet under neath that Business suit he wears, he has his suit of armor,with super powers to protect the World from evil. His only weakness Kryptonite, it makes Superman weak.

Now there are Humans among us who do not wear capes or fancy custom es yet they are as powerful as a Super Hero. I would like to tell you about two of them, The 1st George, when you meet him he is very like able, he is friendly has a radiant smile and is always politically correct. His profession, Manages Auto Dealerships. One of the hardest business to manage. George comes in contact with hundreds of people a year. I had the opportunity to work for George for five years. During my tenure with him I had the chance to become his friend and experience his personally in public and private. What you see with George is what you get. I have been in the Auto Industry for 19 years along with Network Marketing for 10 years I have met thousands of people and never met an individual that cares more about the People he manages and the clients he services than George. On many occasions he knew certain people that needed help, and not once did he ever turn his back on his people, Because of his kind nature. I know that the last three years he has suffered a great deal of stress over what the Economy is doing to his Industry and his people. After I left George and I have always stayed in contact, and we have created a great friendship that will endure through Eternity. I know what your thinking. What makes him so special? The fact that he actually cares about people, it's not an act. He actually cares what happens to people and customers. On more than one occasion he corrected what ever problem arose with his Employee's or customers. The Auto Industry is one of the hardest Businesses to keep Employee's. George's retention is unbelievable people have been with him for over 20 years, and not just one, but many. His leadership skills are worth knowing and people stay because it's a great place to work. The Auto Industry is a cut trought Business, yet Under his Guidance he keeps it like any other Business clean and fun. He might not wear a cape, have special weapons or a special belt, But underneath his Business suit, he truly is a Super hero. I ask when you pray, to pray for this wonderful man and his Family that he remain in a position of influence where he can make a difference, Because George Makes this World a Better place to live.

My other Hero Jon, from Arkansas. He was visiting this Christmas and we went to see a movie together. Every time he comes in to town he always calls and we get together. I became friend with Jon several years ago. He use to work with me at a Dealership. He has been in Arkansas for 6 years. When I went to visit him along with working 70 hours a week at a Dealership he will volunteer to assist when these eye storms hit. If you think this rain we have had is allot,eye storms sweep cars off driveways, move homes and flood whole towns. When one of these hit, Jon and some volunteers he gathers go out in the middle of the night after working 12 hours and go through debris and undriveable roads to save people and their prize possessions. In some instances Jon explain to me that officers in those areas refuse to let them in the disaster areas and Jon pleads with them to let them help. Imagine that your tired from work its pouring rain by the buckets, you load your truck with supplies and someone turns you away. A Hero never gives up, you stay your course, your there to help. When any disaster hits around Jon he is always there. Along with fighting for his people to not be laid off in this economy. He finds housing for homeless people along with feeding them. Jon has done many things for me and my family through out the years and me and Jon and Stephanie his wife will be friends for ever.

The two people I described to you are my Super Heroes. Keep them both in your prayers, ask that they remain in a position of influence, so they may change their Industry for the better. Because they are fighting the fight, against evil and it's hard with out support. They help out with out being asked, they give with out expecting anything in return. Isn't that what Christmas is all about. We hear the saying all the time. "Its better to give than to receive" But do we take it to heart like these two, Funny thing they don't even know I am writing about them, they like doing things with out people knowing. The sign of a real hero.

The best example of a Super Hero, Jesus Christ the ultimate friend that would give his life, for the World. Let's be a Super Hero all year and let's see what God does in our life in 2011. I believe God answers prayers, if we ask for the right things. Our only weakness, Kryptonite(Satan} he stops us with situations in our life to distract us on what's really important. God and the Human race. Give more than what you receive, That's the key to permanent success. Put on your favorite alter ego, Super Hero and fight the World against evil and be a force of light and Good. Christ is alive and well, if you Believe.The question remains do you Believe?

When it's Gods will, there is always a Way

Hello everyone,

Over the last few months I have grown alot spiritually. Like any growth we go through there is always growing pains. At first it's not easy to see the big(God) picture, as human beings we are very limited to seeing so far in the future. Just know this, seek the kingdom first and all will be given to you by the authority that sent Jesus here on this Earth, God almighty. Allow me to share with you, what has transpired over a four week period. All according to Gods will.

I have a friend name Eric Barron, one of my oldest friends. I have known Eric for 38 years. I don't know if you had a friend like Eric, but he is a very unique individual, he was a great Fighter, warrior all through school all the fights I saw him get involved with, he never lost, he never looked for a fight but a fight always found him. Along with his innate ability to fight, he also played sports and played in band and was good in all three. Eric has always been by my side, looking out for me all the time.

In 1981 Eric joined the Air force, we remain closed friends I saw him go through two divorces that devastated him, because he loved his family so much. About 14 years ago he became ill, I witnessed the fall of a great warrior, slowly he started falling apart. I was at his house about seven years ago, and like a coward I stepped away from one of my closest friends that had always been there for me. Because I did not want to see my best friend die, something I apologized to Eric for.

About four weeks ago I received a message on face book, from Eric he stated "when were you going to add me" I called right away left a message said how great it was to hear from him. When he called me, I heard in his voice the genuine love he had for me he stated he would search for me through different ways just couldn't find me. Told me how overjoyed he was that we reconnected. I have been self employed for eight years, met all kinds of people in my thirty years of being in the business World, and with the exception of Jesus never felt so loved by someone that was not blood related. It made me happy to reconnect with my Best Friend. I went to see Eric, he lives in a ranch house in Corona I met his new wife High School Sweethearts, wonderful lady and his new daughter. I was overjoyed that my friend had found happiness.

about three weeks ago I received a message from Eric, asking me if I remembered Eileen from Jr. High School, I said I did. He stated you need to call her, she believes you can help her. That Monday I called Eileen and we spoke, a woman of Christ, that was suffering. After thirty years of Marriage her husband left, leaving her broke, distraught and emotionally hurt. I began to talk to her, I told her how Jesus himself would deliver her from such an awful ordeal. Eileen truly got blindsided she never saw it coming, But bless be Jesus he saw it coming and sent support to help her through this ordeal. As Eileen's walk grows stronger with God, I keep coaching her to believe with all her Heart that God will not forsake her. You can place your Faith and trust in God. God's will is always near us, we just have to succumb to it. He will not force his help upon you, he stands at the door and knocks till you open the door. God's hand is not short either, he keeps reaching further and further and till you grab his hand. He truly is the Master, your very Best Friend, That lay ed his Life for his flock the Human race.

If Eric would of never found me, I would not have witnessed God's awesome power at work in Eileen's life. We all go through things in our Lives that are devastating, believe me I know, yet we have Jesus by our side so we don't have to fight the spiritual fight alone. Jesus will help us and deliver us from evil. Whatever circumstance you are going through, know this Jesus hand is in your Life, and he is at the door waiting to come inside your Heart and heal the pain. He will restore what satan has destroyed. Jesus is the one and only redeemer. He restores everything to it's original purpose.

I have prayed this prayer for the longest time and until April I never understood the words. Matthew 6:9,10
" Our father in heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your Kingdom come. your will be done
On Earth as it is in Heaven........

If we do "God's will on Earth, as it is in Heaven" "Your Kingdom will come" Our kingdom will come, what your Heart desires according to God's will. We will experience Heaven on Earth, that's God's promise and we know he can't lie. Heaven in relationships,business,marriage every part of our Life, now that's exciting and worth talking about. Do God's will and experience Heaven on Earth, Experience a better life with Jesus as your Best friend, he will never leave or forsake you.

From Darkness Into Eternal Light

Hello Everyone,

Through my darkest hour, Jesus himself showed how much He loves a wretch like me through His amazing grace and mercy. Jesus’ love for us cannot be any more, yet as we sin, He cannot love us any less. We have the ability to reach the Kingdom, because of His Love, Grace, Mercy and Crucifixion. He has paid the price for all our sins. This is an accurate account of the Biggest Miracle God has performed in my Life, as you read it, it may be hard to believe. All my life around my Birthday I have experienced life altering events that have always changed the course of my Life. Why should My 48th Birthday be any different. As I mentioned before, I like the phrase “Miracle Overflow.” I share this phrase with everyone I meet. It’s God’s work all around us that He performs everyday for our entertainment, if we are looking for miracles we will see them. What you are about to read is a “Miracle Waterfall.”

On Thursday April 22^nd, I received devastating news-truly my darkest hour of all my years on this Earth. Keep in mind I’ve experience the death of both my parents, many close relatives passed away, went through a bad divorce that took seven years of my life to recuperate from, lost many materialistic things in the last 27 months, had Bells Palsy in February 2009 that attacked my Gift from God - my speech, and 2 months ago I received news that my oldest daughter was going to get married to this nice young man I met about a year ago and I was not going to be invited because of my ex-wife. Yet through all these issues, I continued to praise Jesus and prayed to give me understanding, I never questioned Why. But this time I did. A boy from El Monte who was successful in business questioned the Almighty, the Alpha and the Omega. I asked WHY very angrily. Why would He put me through something so horrible when all I have done is bring His name to the business world, a world where most of them never go to church or hear the Word. Why? Why? Why? The more I asked, the angrier I got. I would pray and He wouldn’t heal the pain. I begged Jesus “Please heal this pain I am going through, your son is in pain and I just can’t cope with it. Please Father heal your son.” The prayers went unanswered. As I looked at my painting by Thomas Kincade “Prayer for Peace,” I looked upon His image and I said “I cannot follow someone that would betray me this way, that would test me all the time, I will go back to my old way of living.”

As I said those words, the pain I felt was so great that I fainted, as I fainted I saw the clock on my microwave read 12:30 PM. I really don’t remember much from 12:30PM to 2:05PM when I ended up in the shower, but according to my wife it was the scariest time for her. To this day she refuses to talk about it but states “It was like the Life was completely out of your body.” I was in a self destructive mood and I wanted to be alone. As I was leaving my daughter said “Daddy I love you, I am going to miss you.” I replied “I will be back in a little bit, see you soon.” As I tried to start the car, the car wouldn’t start. I went back inside the house to get the keys for the other car to jump the other one. As I saw my daughter she said “I love you Daddy, can I come with you.” I replied “no.” Then she showed me the cut on her lips, as she was pouting I laughed and she kept doing it as I laughed more. She said again “can I come with you” then after seeing her looking so beautiful, I replied “ok, you can come.” I had no idea where we were going, my plans have changed.

We ended up going to Knott’s Berry Farm. As I was going through the motions for my daughter, I remembered thinking when will this day be over. After the park closed, I really wanted to be left alone, but my daughter said “I’m hungry.” So we ended up at El Pollo Loco but I did not feel like eating. While we were there, my friend Jerry text me to see if I was going to see Rex Crain (life coach/pastor) but I did not want anything to do with God , it was not in my agenda. Once again my daughter states “I want to see Rex Daddy I like the way he talks,” she kept saying it over and over. I finally agreed. Have you ever went somewhere you did not want to go? The ride was real quiet, and I was angry. I did not want to hear anything about God.

As we arrived at Ladera Ranch, I sat next to the fireplace when I saw Rex, he knew there was something wrong. He stated that he had prepared a topic for the night, but as he walked in, he felt the need to talk about how feelings are used by Satan to go against God. As he spoke the Demons that were inside me left, the pain was still there, yet not the feeling of being alone. Towards the end, Rex introduced me to the group and said I was a warrior for Christ and I had been injured, he asked the group to pray for healing, as he placed his hand on the right side of my chest I felt an electric current from my heart to his hand. God used my daughter’s voice of reasoning in steps to get me where He wanted me, in front of Rex so Jesus himself could heal my pain. On the way home I was talking to my wife and told her how amazed I was that there was no more pain. My faith was fully restored. You see I had lost Faith in Jesus and yet because of Jesus’ love for me, He never lost Faith in me.

When I woke up on Friday the 23^rd I felt Great! I picked up my phone and noticed a dear friend of mine had called me three times. Andy Lakey is a World renowned artist that I had the pleasure to meet about three years ago in a business venture. As we started to talk, he explained to me how much of an inspiration I have been in his life and when he needed someone to pray he calls me. I would pray for this wonderful man because he is such a positive force of light, and his paintings I believe are inspired by God Himself. His forte - he paints angels. As we spoke, he stated he felt embarrassed that the last painting he gave me I had proudly displayed in a glass case along with some signed books about his art. He mentioned he had started another painting for me about three weeks ago and said this time “I want the wall,” we both laughed. He started to tell me about this painting. He said on Thursday April 22^nd I woke up with the intent to finish your painting. Andy had no idea about my struggle the day before. He told me he finished the painting at 12:30PM which was the exact same time I had lost my Faith in God. As I began to share some insight, he was amazed about the Miracle that had happened. He told me some of the stories he had heard about his paintings and he believed people will believe what they want to believe. Yet now, as I was telling my story, I could tell he knew how special he is along with his art. I had lost my faith and at the same time God was working on restoring my Faith through Andy’s art. The painting is proudly displayed on my wall. Reminding me everyday how much God loves me.

As Friday progressed, I received more phone calls from different people telling me what a difference I had made in their lives because of my Faith. I had stopped talking to Andy at about 10:20AM because I needed to take my daughter to school. God was not done with His Miracle. He asked this beautiful spirit Jen, the wife of one of my clients to send me this remarkable E-mail “your hut is burning” at 10:22AM. It made me cry, not because of the pain for all the pain was gone, but Joy that God loves me so much and wanted to show me in every way He could that He loves me no matter what I do. Friday was an incredible day, I felt God’s love all around me. Now keep in mind on Friday, my agenda was to go back to work doing what I do, but that was not in God’s plan for me. My wife accidently took the keys to both cars so that I couldn’t go anywhere, I stayed home and witness God’s awesome show of love for me all day. Praise Jesus!

On Saturday the 24^th, I made a few business calls. Then I made a phone call to a dear friend Gene, he had been worried about me and I wanted to let him know I was doing great. As I spoke to him I asked to speak to his wife Jen. When she came to the phone I began to talk to her and asked, “Why did you send me your hut is burning?” She replied, “I only sent that to a few people, I figured you being a Life Coach you could use it to heal someone’s pain” as she spoke those words, I felt the love of God all upon me. She went further to explain that she receives a ton of similar E-mails and only passes the ones that are beautiful. We finished talking and I thanked her for her Faith and obedience.

On Sunday the 25^th, my best friend Leonel and his wife Aracely invited us to Magic Mountain, it was friend day at the park, how appropriate. I felt bad for Leonel because going through this darkness he was worried about me. In the last ten years he has known me, I have gone through some personal struggles, but my Faith in God was always strong enough that it did not affect my Attitude. As we walked I told him I was feeling great, God healed my pain. I thanked him for being a friend and told him how special he was in this world. We had a great time. On the way home I began to think how selfish I had been with God and how I could do something more, for the love He has shown me through my entire life.

On Monday the 26^th after I took my daughter to school. I started thinking if I wanted to be an Evangelist I should start now. I thought about just ministering to people all over the United States. Literally just start walking and preaching. Then a thought came over me go see my friend Marco Garcia. As I started to drive towards San Bernardino I kept praying to instill in Marco’s heart my next step. For once I no longer wanted to do what I wanted to do, I only want to do God’s will in my Life, full submission. I kept praying over and over the same prayer “allow for Marco to tell me in Your words what You want me to do next.” I will only listen to him no one else. Why Marco Garcia? The Bible says do not trust man, trust God. When they asked God about His works and if He was the Son of God, God the almighty knowing what they were trying to do, humbly responded - judge Me according to the Bible.

Allow me to share with you Marco Garcia, I have known him since 1989. Before I became a Christian, I would hear people claim to be religious and in the same breath cuss, drink, and tell racial jokes. I used to say “if that’s religion I don't want to be a part of it.” The only human being that could have brought me to Christianity is and always will be this remarkable person, Senior Pastor Marco Garcia from The Way World Outreach Church in San Bernardino. From the time I have known him he has never faltered in his walk with Christ. In retrospect I have judged him harder because of his outspoken love of God and he has never faltered in his walk. He has never put money, wife or his children in front of God, he truly has always put God first. I met him at Bank of America where he was a teller. Eventually I brought Marco into the automotive industry the most vile business and his walk was never corrupted. If you know someone in or know of the auto industry, the money is great but the time you spent in it is ridiculous and so are some of the people. Marco never changed, he actually changed the industry wherever he went. We are sown into this world not so the world will change us, but as Christians so we can change the world, no one in this world understands that better than Senior Pastor Marco Garcia.

As I arrived at The Way World Outreach, I spoke to a man named Patrick who was volunteering, it was 11:35AM. He asked “can I help you?” My response was, “I am here to see Marco Garcia.” He called on a lady named Annette, Marco’s personal assistant. As she saw me she asked “can I help you?” I said, “I am here to see Marco.” She politely said “give me your number and I will relay the message.” I said “get a hold of him, I have a Divine appointment.” She looked puzzled, she did not know what to think. She must have thought - who is this crazy person? Then I replied as I place my hand on her arm, “You have the world’s best pastor, if you don't believe in Miracles what’s the use.” I continued to tell her “just text him, tell him it’s Fidel and I have a Divine appointment.” Once again she asked for my number but I refused. I knew God would answer my prayer. As I looked at Patrick, he was getting excited, he commented how he knew I was different in the way I spoke. Then I replied to him “Patrick you are about to see a Miracle performed before your eyes and it’s equivalent to someone dying here on your church, they pronounce him dead and Marco Garcia brings him back to life or it’s going to be another crazy guy in San Bernardino. But this miracle has a deadline of 1:00PM by my watch, let’s see what happens.” During the time I was waiting, I witnessed how one man’s vision has touched so many lives. Marco’s dream was always to have a Church, he always spoke about it. As my deadline was arriving, I witnessed so many people being assisted, it made me proud to know this man of God, Marco Garcia. I noticed Patrick was becoming anxious and he started telling me he knew someone that had Marco’s number, I said no, one request is all God needs to perform a miracle. As the deadline was approaching I was never worried, I had Faith in God and Marco. At 12:53PM, a lady came up and said we spoke to the Pastor’s wife Lisa and she said Fidel has been a friend for years, give him Marco’s number. As they gave me his number I listened to everything she told me, I told her thank you and I dialed his number. She commented “He never picks up the phone, just leave a message.” and I replied “he will pick it up, I have a Divine appointment.” The phone rang and Marco picked up the phone, “Hello.” I said “Marco how have you been?” he replied “Fidel Praise Jesus, how have you been?”

As we spoke, it felt great to reconnect with him. He told me how good it was to hear from me, then I said “I need to talk to you.” He said “where are you at?” I replied “in your Church.” He said “where?” I said “in your lobby.” Without hesitation he said “I will pick you up in five minutes.” In those five minutes I explained to Patrick that a miracle was performed by God for you as well as for me. I showed Patrick my phone, I had dialed Marco Garcia at 12:59PM the phone rang about 4 times - that’s 30 seconds. God, the Alpha and the Omega, the Omnipotent, the Omnipresent delivered the Miracle with 20 seconds to spare. How humble is He, that He would allow a boy from El Monte to give Him a deadline. I wish I could have heard what He must have been thinking, He must have just laughed and said OK I will play along because I love you. As Marco and I talked in his van, I explained God had healed my pain and it was the biggest miracle I had ever experienced. I also explained my next step was to hear from him what I should do next, I told him he was the only trusted source I believed that came from God. As we spoke we talked about my next step, he was impressed I was ready to do what God wanted me to do. All my life I had been in control, that’s the person he knew. To be great in the auto industry you have to be headstrong, I was definitely all that. So when I said I am ready to raise my daughter, wife and myself to God, to raise us in His Light and Glory, he knew I was serious. What makes for more of a miracle is that I changed my cell phone number eight years ago. Marco never knew it was me calling. Annette did text him but he never saw the message. We read the text together. Monday was his first day on vacation in years and in the morning his wife Lisa was doing some errands and it’s the first time he could remember he did not go with her, he said “I love spending every moment with her,” he told me if he would have went with her he would not have picked up the phone. Then he said that he is continuously on the phone and if a call would have came in from an unknown number he probably would not have picked it up, then he said he was leaving for a few days so the Miracle had to happen on Monday. I spent three hours with him and for the people that have the privilege to be led by him or be his friend they are Blessed, because he truly walks in the light. I felt embarrassed that a man I highly respect, I did not make a better effort to stay in touch with him. I made a commitment I would start going to his church in San Bernardino and asked him to mentor me in the disciple way of life, he agreed. Now I created a covenant with God that will never be broken. Never in my life have I ever walked with such confidence.

Miracle Waterfall :

· When I lost faith in God, He never lost faith in me.

· When I walked away, He walked closer and rebuilt my Temple in an amazing seven and half hours.

· When I did not want to hear the voice of reasoning, He used the voice of an angel, Genesis my Daughter.

· When I walked away because of pain, He used Rex as an Instrument to heal my pain.

· When I felt I was alone, He used all my friends to remind me, what I do makes a difference.

· When it was hard to find beauty, He allowed Andy to paint an exceptional work of art.

· When I needed to be reminded of His love, Jen sent me that beautiful E-mail - Your Hut is Burning.

· When I started seeing all the friends I have, He sent Leonel and Aracely to take me to friend day at Magic Mountain.

· When I needed to solidify my walk with Jesus, He performed a symphony of Miracles from the only trusted source - Marco.

Now I know what you’re thinking. Did this really happen? Satan will try to use deception to confuse you when God only comes in grace, mercy and love. Do not be deceived. Evolution, what a joke - the biggest deception orchestrated by Satan. Are you aware that science does not believe in Miracles because they say it’s not a reoccurring event and if it cannot be recorded they claim it does not exist. Really, they give us the big bang theory. Well let’s use their method for not believing in miracles in applying to the theory. When was the last time another big bang occurred? Never! Who was there to record it? No one. So therefore it’s not true. With all the fossils they find why haven’t they found a half fish -half bird or half bird –half lion or a half giraffe-half elephant, they never will. It’s all a lie, deceptions created to confuse you. Look at all the Miracles I have experienced in just one week, recorded occurrence by science standards - real miracles, by God’s law, it’s His nature. Jesus Christ has been performing miracles like these and many more since He walked in human form. I am here yelling from every mountain top, God is real! For once I truly understand these lyrics “Amazing Grace how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch me...I was once was lost but now am found..Was blind but now I see...It was the grace that taught..My heart to fear, and grace my fears relieved...How precious did that grace appear...The hour I first Believed… Jesus’ Blood and Grace allows for us to reach the Kingdom of God. My walk has never been stronger. My walk went from Spiritual to Supernatural. No longer do I think what I can do, I am allowing for God to take over my Life in everything - Full Submission. I am tapping out of this world and entering a heavenly kingdom where God is my Teacher, Guide and only source of Food and Water. Through this experience, my comprehension of pain just expanded even more. I believe in my heart that God allows for trials and pain to happen in our lives so we can comfort others and understand their pain and not just say we do. So we may truly comfort others during their immense pain where they feel they want to die and feel all alone. We show them through our experiences you really do come out of the darkness and into Eternal Light. Thank you Jesus for never giving up on a wretch like me, I was lost and now I found true love in You, I drink of Your blood so I will no longer thirst, and I will eat of your flesh so I will no longer hunger for the food the world has to offer. With Jesus in my Life, I will not perish but have everlasting Life. Let’s all praise Jesus Christ. Amen.

Miracle at Costco

Happy Easter to All,

What a perfect occasion for me to share with you what happened at Costco to My Family. Easter is one of my favorite days. It's a special day when a human delivered the most important prophesy he had made to the World and became God. When he resurrected he let the World know, who he really was, God the saviour, the sacred Lamb, the perfect life sent to save the Human race. For who so ever believes in him, Shall have everlasting Life. What a promise, every time I read those words it sends chills through my Spiritual being.

As a Life Coach, I continuously share with my Family, Friends, Colleagues, and Clients that God performs these incredible Miracles in our Life for us to recognize and appreciate. God performs Miracles in your Life every hour everyday, 365 days a year. I call it Miracle overflow but you have to be aware of it. Because God in all his glory does not boast about his Miracles, He just wants you to observe and recognize, it's His work.

The other day, I needed to get allot of things done like always, before a project I had to accomplish. Because the project was going to take allot of my time, I wanted to spend time with my Family as well and still do some Business. God had all the players in place all the people that were going to participate in this making of a Miracle. God was the Director of the production, He knew when we needed to take breaks, when to eat and when each meeting would end to meet his deadline. After taking care of things in the morning, I contacted one of my clients to see if we could run some Ideas before taking my Family to Disneyland. My client said he could meet me at Mimi's cafe around 3:30 I said that would be perfect as we were leaving our house I asked my wife to check and see if we were blocked at Disneyland, She pulled out her calender checked, and she replied no we are not blocked. As I hurried to get things done my appointment with my client got pushed and hour later because of time restraints. When we arrived at Mimi's cafe my client said he was running a bit late, so I explained to my wife why don't we eat here with Gene and his Family then go to Disneyland after, She agreed. As we were waiting for Gene, He called me and said "Are you in the Restaurant I have looked for you and couldn't find you." I replied They sat us in the patio near the back which was odd because Mimi's was not that busy. As he came in the second time, Gene saw me and I noticed his jaw was swollen, He just had oral surgery as I invited him to sit down and have some soup or something he explained to me that his Family was waiting for him, they had ordered a Pizza and were going to eat at home. We took care of some Business and Gene left. While we were still at Mimi's a good friend of ours called us and asked what we were doing. We explained we were getting a bite to eat and going to Disneyland for a while. She asked where we were and asked if she could join us.

As we were sitting there we changed our mind about eating at Mimi's and told our friend to join us along Harbor Blvd, in Costa Mesa and we would find a Restaurant along the way to Disneyland, she agreed. As we were driving along Harbor Blvd we really couldn't find a restaurant everybody agreed on. By now we were almost at Disneyland when we all agreed on In n Out. Our friend Chi being from the area said she knew where one was, we took the scenic route we went by her old elementary and High School as we were driving my Wife said we are headed in the same direction as we were in, she was right, as we were making a right turn on Bristol we had almost made one Complete square. We sat and ate, In N Out is still the best Burger around best part, Christian based Company. When we were finished we proceeded to make our way towards Disneyland. Our friend Chi said she knew a shortcut, My wife was driving and we followed her, as we were heading towards the Santa Ana mall I asked my wife " Why are we following a white Acura" Chi's car is a white Honda. My wife looked at me and laughed and said "I was wondering what she was doing at the Mall" as we got lost we quickly got on the 5 freeway and finally made it to Disneyland. As we gave our passes to get in the parking structure, The man said " I am sorry but you are blocked today " We called Chi explained to her our situation she quickly replied "lets do something else" as we made our way out of Disneyland my Daughter was upset she wasn't going on her favorite rides, after explaining to her we were blocked she claimed how much she liked Knotts Berry Farm instead because we are not blocked. We laughed as we were leaving.

When we were on the Freeway we called Chi and asked if she wouldn't mind us stopping and returning this bathing suit we bought for our Daughter at Costco, She said she needed to pick up a few things she didn't Mind. When we arrived at Costco there were a ton of open spots to park God wanted me to park in the third row. As we arrived a Lady was putting some things in her trunk and just closed it, as we got out she commented on our car and said how much her Daughter likes that car. Being in the Auto Industry for 18 years and owning over 43 cars in my lifetime I started showing her the car as my Wife was going to Costco I told her I would see her inside. I began to demonstrate to her the practical features of the car and the room for the rear passengers. As she was leaving I told her she should buy one she would love it. As we said our Goodbyes she claimed " I don't know why I am even looking at a car, it's the wrong time to buy one" I said "It's always a great time to buy a car" as I said it, I saw the pain in her Eyes, I knew then God was about to perform a Miracle I knew what my role was that whole day, to deliver a message to a devoted Christian in a Costco parking lot, that her pain was felt by Jesus and he would walk with her during this difficult time that she was experiencing. Found out she was going through a difficult divorce, a divorce she did not want. The pain I saw in her eyes was real I felt her Heart breaking as we prayed for her healing and Jesus to walk with her during her trial, during our fellowship I found out she was a gifted Music Teacher, a loving Mother and a devoted wife and Christian. The Miracle God performed that day was Equivalent to me witnessing Jesus resurrect his friend Lazarus from the Dead and bring him back to Life. What God did for this Devoted Mother and Christian was bring her back to Life, Give her Hope, I witnessed it with my own two eyes. As we said our Goodbyes for the second time, Jesus had healed her with his mighty Spirit and her faith. Your FAITH in Jesus will heal, what ever you are going through. With Faith you can see God's work in your Life.

Miracle Timing.

What if I had finished earlier with my things in the morning?
What if Gene would of had dinner with us?
What if Gene would of found us the first time in the restaurant?
What if Chi would of never called us?
What if my Wife would of read the Disneyland schedule right?
What if we would of not agreed on In N Out and that location?
What if Chi did not volunteer the Shortcut?
What if my Wife did not follow the wrong car?
What if one more car or one less car would of been in Line at Disneyland?
What if we would of choose a different Costco?
What if I would of choose a different Isle to park In?
What if She never would of commented on our car?
What if after she said It's a wrong time to look for car, I would of left it alone"

Life is full of what If. We have a decision to make live in Man's World, a life of coincidence and pain or God's World a Life of Miracles and Divine intervention, you can't Live in Both. Have Faith in Jesus and believe he is the son of God and allow him to Direct your day like I do, and you will see Miracles happen everyday. None of the what if, Listed above would of been any different when you work to please God it happens on his time his clock, Because if one second would of been off, the Miracle would of never happened for the Music Teacher. The President of my Company Leonel Godinez tells me often Miracles happened to you all the time, he has played a part in quite a few Miracles that have happened in my Life , Because I explained to him how and why it happened, he can see God's Master plan, he sees allot of Miracles happen in his Life now. Believe in Miracles and they will happen in your Life as well. Today is the most important day of our Spritual Life, The Saviour came back to Life to Be our Living God, Thank you Jesus, for being there for me and the Human race, with Jesus in our Life who can possible be against us and prosper, no one.

17,418 Days of my Life

Hello Everyone,

I am preparing for an Event on Monday and I began to think of all the Days that have been given to me by God that's 17,418 days .

I remembered when my Grandmother, Brother, Father and Mother passed away how I felt, like it was the end of the World, every time each event occurred. I remembered my Divorce as I was leaving, I kissed my twins goodbye knowing in my mind how difficult this was going to be for me and them, as I was driving away I saw my daughter, she was looking through her upstairs windows with tears in her eyes not understanding why her Father was leaving. I moved back with my Parents, after many Years on my own to truly find my selfworth, thank God they were supportive with me through my entire Life . While at my Parents home, I realized that Money doesn't make the Man and money doesn't make you successful. Planning was essential to True success, writing down goals every month to reach a desired destination something I had forgotten because of my arrogance. You see when it came to Business I was gifted, I could motivate a Team with out trying and we would accomplish Great things. No need to write goals if I was attaining them, so I thought.

On my learning curve over the next 7 years, I had many failures, made mistakes, spend money carelessly had sorrowful moments when I thought my Heart was truly broken. Close friends that have passed away. Business investments that have gone terribly wrong. Mistakes in Relationships that I regret, Trusting people I shouldn't have. Mistake after Mistake, Failure after Failure, Disappointment after disappointment and Decisions that should have never been made. Yet because I made all those mistakes, had all them Failures, Trusted the wrong people had all those disappointments it lead me to where I am at today.

A believer in Christ, Successful Business Man, Incredibly adoring wife with a Miracle child that loves me unconditionally, Wonder full Friends and Relatives that make my Life worth Living. It truly is a Wonderful Life, the 17,418 of My Life have been Magnificent and I would not exchange or take away one single day from my Life because each day has defined My Character and shaped My Destiny.

You see with each day you live you grow, Great Days give me Happiness, Rough Days give me Experiences I need to have both to experience real growth in My Life. Happiness brings me Joy, Trials gives me Character, Death makes me appreciate Life-keeps me Human, Failure keeps me Humble, Success rewards my Work, Family keeps me Balanced and GOD keeps me going, His love is the Fuel to My Eternal engine My Soul.

Enjoy all the Days that GOD gives you. Life does not have a visible bow but it's still a Gift that's why it's called the PRESENT. There is no such thing as a Bad Day they are all Great, Just try missing one. Have a Great Life.

New Year New Beginning

Hello Everyone.

It's that time of the year when we review 2009, and we walk through the rooms of our Lives and see all the imperfections and failures of our previous Year. We magnify all our failures, with ourselves, people in our Lives and decisions we made. We speculate why, and what we did wrong and try to make New years resolutions to not repeat the same mistakes again. This year instead of seeing imperfections we should walk through the rooms of our Lives and look for potential in every situation. In any situation that arises in our Lives there is always room for a solution. This Year be Pro-active not Reactive.

Let's not be so hard on ourselves, If you have the ability to read this message, you are alive. Let's face it, Life is truly the Greatest gift that God has bestowed upon us. You are the highest creation on Earth, you were meant to dominate all of God's creations. Our creator is King of Kings, Host of Host, the Beginning and the End, and the Alpha and the Omega. He is the King, Then we are Prince and Princesses on this Earth. Why not act like it. When situations arise in Our Lives let's not react, But be Pro-active like Royalty. Instead of seeing the problem, see the solution, the potential in success. There is nothing on this Earth or anywhere that can hinder you, when God is on your side. When God is with us, Who can possibly be against us, that can win. Let's focus on what your Eternal Spirit can accomplish. When you understand that your Spirit is only made for expansion and the Mind has infinite power, there is nothing that you can't accomplish if you put your Mind to it. If we give anything less than our Best to our Creator, Spirit and Mind we are not acting like the Royalty we were destined to be.

What would the main Character do?
How would the Character effect people?
How would the Character keep the attention of the Readers?
What great Obstacles would the Character have to overcome to Achieve the desired Goal?

Imagine if you wanted to write a Best seller. You have the opportunity to write a Best seller an Star in your own Book. It starts now, the first Day, first Month of the rest of your Life. look at the Potential of Last Year and start to write your book now. Look for Potential every Day. Write notes on what you want to accomplish daily. Set short term Chapters(goals), Mid Chapters and the Final Chapters on where your Character will be next January 1, 2011.

What you do in 2010, will people want to read about it?
Will people care about your Character?
What you do, will people want to Join your Team and cause?

Everyday we have the ability and the choice to touch People in a Positive or Negative way. We choose our Destiny we choose our Friends and by our actions we choose the Character, the World will see . Southern Comfort

Recently I went to Salt Lake City, Utah and Memphis, Tennessee on a Business trip. I have been to Salt Lake City a few times in the past but this trip to Utah was one of the worst I've experienced. The restaurants we visited had horrible service and the food was just as bad. In retrospect, it had prepared me for the best experience in the US. I flew into Memphis and my good friend Jon came to pick me up. I first met Jon when we worked together at a Dealership. Being in the Auto Industry you have the the opportunity to meet a lot of people. Some will walk in your Life and exit quickly with out leaving a mark, while others are so special they remain in your heart for ever. Jon and his wife Stephanie are very special who will remain in my heart for ever. When my wife and I had Genesis we were unprepared to deliver that day. When Jon heard of our predicament we were in he was more than willing to help. Jon proceeded to go to Kaiser pick up my keys go to my house pick up the things we needed and stay till my Daughter was born. About five years ago Jon decided to move back to Arkansas where he was raised and where his heart remained. I remembered the day he came to say good bye, I was very sadden to see him move so far away because people like Jon are hard to find, he is talented and has great work ethics with a heart. Luckily we have been able to remain friends and stay in touch regularly.

During my Network Marketing years I had the opportunity to visit about 39 States but never stopped in Arkansas. The people here are genuine and there is nothing phony about them. I have lived in California all my life and have some wonderful friends I can count on. Yet never in my life have I experienced people that really care for a complete stranger. I have been treated like Family from the moment I arrived. Jon and Stephanie have given me the red carpet treatment. The people in Arkansas wave at you, say Hello, Ask How you are doing and truly mean it. Teenagers hold doors open for you and address you as Sir or Mam. The public Billboards advertise Jesus the person not the religion. They are not advertising for a specific church, the Billboards are there to let you know that Jesus is here in Jonesboro, Arkansas. When so many other communities are pushing God out, here at Jonesboro they are advertising that God lives here.

In God We Trust is written on our currency yet where did this Country's value go? We left England to pursue Freedom of religion. Did we forget? Then we wonder why horrible things are happening in this Country. My thought is we keep pushing God out and God being the gentleman that he is, is doing just that. If you have not experienced Southern Hospitality, come experience it for yourself, experience Southern Comfort at its finest. If they could bottle what these folks have I would love to give everyone a drink in the US. Just be aware to work out your smile and waving muscles because you will be using them. God is ALIVE and well in Arkansas and it truly makes my heart sing. Stop by and say Hi to my good friends Jon & Stephanie and the people in Jonesboro you will be amazed. Keep the Faith because it's Faith that will keep you going when nothing else will. God will never leave your side unless you push him out. God Bless you and your Families.

Freedom,
what a great word. Meaning of the word: an absence of undue restrictions. On the Fourth of July I saw the fireworks from Huntington Beach what an amazing show people from all over were there to see our celebration of Freedom. As I watched in awe of the show I witness people from all races and walks interact as one. I began to think how much stress John Hancock must of felt the day before standing opposed to the King. John Hancock was one of the wealthiest men in Great Britain he had everything to lose his wealth and more importantly his Life. If the war would of went the other way he and his counterparts would of been hung for Treason. John Hancock was one of the first to sign the Declaration of Independence. it's been told the reason why his signature was so bold and big was because he wanted King George to see it with out his spectacles. To this day when you sign a Document people still refer to John Hancock for your signature. Imagine that you are wealthy, and you decide to stand against a Government that you feel is not serving their duty to the people and for the people, if you said nothing you would still be wealthy. Yet your choice is anyone in front of me is my enemy anyone behind me is my Friend we will create a Country where all men are created equal. Freedom to choose your own religion. Freedom to make your own choices. Freedom of speech. Successful men gather in rooms to prepare for our Freedom. Many lives have been spilled for us to have our liberties. Why not stand against our own Tyrants. Find a cause you are willing to Die for then live for that cause. You will make a real decision towards your Success in life. Make a choice to be the best that you can be. Ring the Liberty Bell you are free to do what ever you want to do. This Country is still the best to live in and create the life you have dreamed of. Imagine one day you could be remembered for all that you lived for and stood for. Let's be remembered for who we are and what we gave back to this Country. Live a life that can be remembered for ever and you will remain in every ones Heart.

"Mine That Bird

Hello Everyone,

The Kentucky Derby is one of the most Prized wins for a Horse. In the 135Th race of the Derby a long shot (50-1) named Mine That Bird shocked a crowed of 153,563 spectators. that got me thinking about how many different types of horses we have. There are 247 different types of Horse breeds and 104 Pony Breeds that are considered miniature Horses. Out of so many different breeds(351) there was only one breed that was in the Winners Circle that day. It was Mine that Bird. There are many different types of Horses, some that are gated out in the elements of the night. Some that are admired for their Beauty and their ability to perform tricks. Some that entertain Kids at carnivals and ride around in a Circle where the scenery never changes. Others are work Horses that are in farms and plow fields they work long hard days for food and shelter never enjoying what is like not to work. Others can be rented along the beach they almost run free but at the end they get stuck outside. When I see the picture of Mine That Bird He was admired by his Owners, Spectators, Photographers and his Jockey he was wearing a rings of flowers and trophy's in the Winners Circle. A Thoroughbred of that nature does not need Blinders on he has a mission to get in the Winners Circle and beat all other participants. He will practice harder run faster and listen to his Jockey(coach) as they both cross the finish line.
These are the Tough questions. Why are some Horses in Carnivals? Why are some In farms? Why are some being rented for a fee? Why are some Beautiful to look at? Why are some the Kentucky Derby winners? The answer is simple a Horse does not have a choice. We as Humans do. We choose by are Actions and habits who we are. We have a choice on who we want to be. Have you ever thought what type of you are?

Are you the one that has great looks and is just admired for your Beauty and your accomplishments?
Are you the one that is stuck in a farm you plow the fields work hard and nothing changes the scenery never changes?
Are you the one that is the Life of the party, life to you is one Big party and afterwards you realize that time has passed you by?
Are you the one that is being rented? Where your Boss tells you what you are worth, What you can drive, Where you can live. You have the ability to run yet no one has showed you the track.
Are you the one that is in the Winners Circle all the time? You mentor others to win like you. You have a Vision on what your present and your Future is.

Where ever you are in life know this the choice has been yours. You can join us in the Winners Circle at any time the choice is yours. There are many different types of people like Horses and only a few will end up in the Winners Circle. Not because they do not have the ability to win we are Born with the desire to win the sad part most people forget or do not want to do the work and training that it takes to be in the Winners Circle. Once you are in the Winners Circle with flowers, accolades and other winning Thoroughbred's you will never want anything else. Remember a Winning Thoroughbred never gets put to rest. When his Racing Days are over he is used for STUD service to create other winning Breeds. See you inside the Winners Circle. Better choices in Life and habits dictate your PRESENT and FUTURE.

State Of Mind

Hello,

Today I met a few Business owners that are having the same problem every body else has. Lack of Money, Lack of customers. First Client I met was at Houston's Steak house(4 people were Eating). The second was Pat and Oscars I was there for one hour I saw six people order something. As i was waiting for one of my clients I went to Starbucks remember the long lines they do not exist anymore. Workers were trying to stay busy to keep their Bosses off their back at all Three locations.The economy has hit everyone hard. More and more people are getting laid off. They still need to pay their Bills. Yet when you approach these people they say they are to busy and broke to do anything. How can that be fun? work 40-55 hours a week and after all that work, be to busy and to broke to live. I feel like telling them wake up!! there is a better life no ones told you about.

Then they announce it to everyone. Are they proud of the program they purchased hook line and sinker? I hope not they just have not been informed there is a better way. The home based Business has never looked better. From $300.00 to $1,000.00 you can be in Business for yourself. To put food on the table. To pay Bills. To pay shelter. I believe our mistake is we ask the same people to join a Business when they don't want to better themselves. We need to go after the people that are not afraid to work.

Over the course of the last two months I have encountered generation x. Young influential people with the desire to win. They are not afraid of what people think or say. They just have that desire to live a better life. Stop fishing in the same tired waters. you owed it to your Family to set sail for different fishing waters. There are people that are becoming rich in the home base Business field. Why can't that be you? Stop reading bad news, bad TV shows and trying to convert negative people into positive. Time is of the essence Big fish are out there waiting to be caught by your Business net.

Attitude is a state of mind. I choose to be Financially independent instead of Dependent. I choose to believe we are not in a recession but in a progression to Financial Independence. The Constitution enables us as free people to choose wealth over poverty. To choose positive over negative. To choose winning over losing. Our innate power to choose our Destiny. Our freedom of choice is God given. Make the best choices to live a more prosperous life. You owe it to yourself, to your Family to your Community and to your Financial Independence. Do not set sail to anyone Else's wind of change But to your own. To better uncharted waters to fish for the big ones. Have fun fishing.

Outline For '09

On the first something magical happens a new year endless possibilities and hope for a better future. What are we to do. Stay at the same place or change everything we do to attain all of our Financial Goals. That answer only you can change. The world changes all the time. The question is will you. If you are happy with everything you have as of January 31, 2008 you do not need to change. As for me I want more and 09 will be the best Year I and my Company will ever have. Not because I say so, Because I will work and plan harder than my Competition will. Why is it that most people will plan more to celebrate New Years Eve than they do to plan their success. I have been writing down Goals since yesterday for the Year 2009. It will be the best year for me and my family. Ask yourself this when was the last time you wrote down your plans and goals for a project you wanted to accomplish. If you have to think about it for a while you are not doing it enough. Success in Life works like a computer what ever you put into it you will get. Put in or type in nothing you get nothing. Why not reach for the stars, why not see how much more you can accomplish if you just plan better. Our Company slogan for this year is get your outline for 09 .

Here are some definitions:

Procrastinate = to defer action, to delay,until and opportunity is lost:
Worker = a person or thing that works: "says it all"
crisis = a condition of instability or danger in social economic or international affairs leading to a decisive change, a turning point:
Hustler = An enterprising person determined to succeed. Go Getter.

Now that you know the Webster definition of these words let me shed some light in our U.S. situation. We have procrastinated so long we as Americans put everything off till tomorrow it has become our habit because we do have that habit as of January 2ND of 2009 over one million and half workers will be laid off. A worker according to Webster's definition is a person or thing that works. Industry has labeled us as things that work. Stop being a thing and start creating something Great start building your Dream it's a decision that a Crisis of this nature makes us do we do not have a choice. Do not be fooled that a new President,a New Congress or a New House of Representatives will change our situation it's up to us the People to make a change. We have to make a Decision for Change whet er we like it or not. We have to change and stop being a thing that works. The world in 2009 will belong to the Hustler the Go Getter we will be the ones that reap the rewards of Financial Freedom.

The Worker will be devastated in 2009 for they believe their Company's will bail them out. I will say it again 09 will belong to the Hustler, the person that wants it more. You have a Financial Life Saving decision to make during this Crisis will you Procrastinate or put on your Worker Boots on and become The Hustler you can be in 2009. The World is yours for the Taking. This Toast is for you. Go out and Get them. To your record Breaking year in 2009 and next January you can truly celebrate your accomplishments.

End of year...New Begining!

Christmas is around the corner. The end of 08 is here. Aside from all the shopping and the running around. Something magical is about to happen a New Year. Unwritten pages, Unwritten future a time to set things right. A time to make things better. I was having dinner with a real good friend Jerry after a Business meeting today. We ate at Lucille's Rib and BBQ place with incredible biscuits. As we fellowshiped about business and our friendship they served our food. For me food is important and I am extremely picky about the places I eat. When our food arrived it was served cold. The restaurant was slow and was not very busy as I motioned for our waiter I explained the food was cold I wanted something hot. He apologized and said he would bring new plates.

As Jerry and I were talking I explained to him the importance of never settling for second best. You see most people do not complain because they are accustomed to not getting what they want. In retrospect for your life in 2008 did you settle for second best or did you get what you ordered. Did you even see the menu? Did you place and order? You see the New Year is the restaurant. Your Resolutions (not wish list) and your Goals are your Menu. Take your time order what you want. If you dint place an order you still placed an order for things to remain the same.

What makes people succeed when others don't. They never place an order to change. Most people want others to change their life, they wait for the new President, For the Economy, For their Company, for anything to make a change. Never do they look at the Menu never do they look at themselves. At the end of the year they toss their glasses in the air and say that half toast to a better year. Why not be different? Why not you? You and your Family and Business should have an Outline in 09 Why not you/Why not now?

Place you order Today for a better life a better future. Resolution time not a wish list. Resolutions are for things you want to change from 08 to 09. You get out of life what you Expect. Expect the Best in Everything in 2009. Its up to you. Never settle for second best, never settle for just getting by, God wants you to have the very Best. To your Record Breaking 2009. Hello Team,

I have lost many people in my life, my older brother, grandmother my aunts and my mother and father. All the funerals I have attended not once have I ever Heard someone say I told them I loved them to much or I spent to much time with them. last week my ex-father in law passed away, a great man, he loved my children as they were his own he loved his family and his brothers and sisters like an older brother should. If you needed help you can count on Bob, If you needed his truck to move you can count on Bob, If you needed his carpentry you can count on Bob.

On Friday Bob was put to rest. I drove by the funeral, funny thing all those people that counted on Bob were not present when he needed them the most. Three days before the funeral I purchased some flowers from a rite aid store although Bob deserved much better than rite aid. I drove around for thirty minutes trying to find a flower shop in El Monte but could not find one. I purchased these flowers and went to see my ex-mother in law. She was sweet as always. We cried for a life that was lived not for the life that died, for Bob will remain in our hearts for ever he truly lived a remarkable life. He did not have a political position, Did not have a great job, was not a great contributor to his Community but to his Family and my Family He was a great Father, Grandfather, Brother and Son and he will always be remembered in a great way.

Let me ask you something how are you going to be remembered? How much Value are you placing in other peoples life's. Are you out on a limb to help someone you care about. Or is your arm short. On your way to accumulating your Goals are you Losing your Soul? There has never been a sadder story than Judas. He acquired 30 pieces of silver to betray his friend. He felt so bad after wards. He tried to give the money back but they refuse to take it back. He was so discouraged in himself he finally hung himself. You see we have to stand for something or you will fall for anything.

To build a great life you need to stand for something of value, you need to fight for it and defend what you believe in at all cost against anyone that will take it from you. Lets make our life count. That what our For-fathers did and they must have done a great Job because People from all walks of life would rather live here than anywhere else in this world. Let's build something Great. Lets not let our Dreams Die, lets help everyone attain their Dreams so we may attain ours. The only time you should look down upon someone is only if you are giving them your hand to pick them up. Tomorrow lets give more of ourselves to everyone we come in contact with for we don't know when we will be Bob.

Child's Play

Sunday, the day God rested,

Today was another awesome day. Hope yours was just as great. I rested all day and enjoyed Quality time with my wife and daughter. Family time is so important nothing else compares to it. We had some great friends over for dinner and it gave me some time to reflect on life.

As I watched my daughter play with their daughter I realized how pure the playing of a child is. it's not jealous, greedy, mean, self serving or complaining they don't gossip about other children's misery they just want to laugh and have fun. They don't complain about the weather, if they fall or accidentally get wet by sprinklers they don't stop playing and call it a day. Children don't let anything or anyone ruin their fun. They will not eat as long as their friend is still there and they can still play.

Now my friend needs to wake up early tomorrow so he lets his daughter know that it's time to go. Funny thing happened, first mom goes let's her know it's time, the little girl negotiates more time. My friend looks at his watch let's his wife know it's time to go, moms so cute she looks at him and says it's your turn I have told her a couple of times. My friend says OK, walks upstairs lets his daughter know it's time to go then he says I am not going to negotiate with you with a kind, caring voice. The little girl stays another 10 minutes. When she absolutely has to go and she knows it for sure, she starts to cry so does my daughter. They really love playing together.

You see a child's mission and goal is to play and have fun at all cost. They wont eat, sleep or let an accidental fall keep them from their goal. They will negotiate to stay and play longer and even cry to complete their mission. You see children are natural born sales people.

Here's the questions of the week. What happened to our natural born sales ability? How many times do you hear the word no before you quit? Once, twice or as many times as it takes to get your mission accomplished? Are you willing to not eat or sleep to get your goal accomplished? Will you negotiate for more time with your client to get your sale? Are you willing to take a fall and quickly get up to get the job done? And more importantly are you having fun while you are accomplishing your daily task?

Next week have fun enjoy your career. Set daily and weekly goals and check your progress often. If you need that extra sale, recruit, call or appointment do not give up. Give it your all, Dream as if you will live for ever. Work towards your goals as if this was your last day on earth. We have tried the Adult way of life is it working for you? Let's take a lesson from the children of the world. What do we have to lose to relearn the ability to have fun, not complain, if we fall get up quickly, if our closing skills are rusty to improve them. Let us live a youth full way of life.

Game of Life

Today was a great day!

I called people today and I was amazed at how bad people felt about things that happen in their lives. I know bad things will happen to good people. We should never let incidents dictate how we feel about our day. Life is truly a gift a miracle to be hold. Yet we allow everyday problems to ruin how we feel about it. We think I am a good person, hard worker good family man (woman) Why does bad things happen to me? Just when I start to get up someone takes me down. I know how you feel. I have been kicked so many times I felt like a soccer ball being kicked from one side of the field to other.

There's hope on the sidelines not in the stands there is a great coach rooting for you all the time he feels your pain he is the one always picking you up, brushing you off and telling you to get off the field and in the stands to safety. Yet we don't listen. Who is this remarkable coach, God. you see he sent his only son to play for all of us and everyone took a turn kicking him, spitting on him, calling him names and mocking him. The sad part for Jesus was he never made it to the stands and out of the game. Gods plan for his son was to die in the game for all of us. For all the mistakes we make in the game of life. Today was a great day no one will persecute you, no one will mock you or spit on you. For Jesus has paid the price in full for all of us. Enjoy tomorrow for the future holds hope for all of us. If you did not accomplish everything today. There is a tomorrow to be better at life, at work at play. Be a better Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Friend and all around better human being. Be a positive contribution to everyone you come in contact with. If you need help just ask one of your sideline coaches for assistance they are waiting to get in the game for you. Just have to call them by their names.

In the game with you great coach by the name of Jesus. On the sidelines God and his assistant staff of Angels are ready to help. Make tomorrow's game a better one play the best that you can, help out other players when you can and just know there is always help available.

LANCE THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND SAID"I WANT TO BE REMEMBERED FOR BEING A CANCER SURVIVOR BECAUSE IT HAS MADE ME A BETTER FATHER, SON, HUSBAND AND BETTER HUMAN BEING". YOU SEE IF YOU HAVE LIFE YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR DESTINY AT ANY TIME. IF WE HAVE GOD AND LIFE WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE AGAINST US. THE ENEMY WILL NEVER WIN, WE WILL. WE WILL NEVER SURRENDER TILL ALL OF OUR FRIENDS & ACQUAINTANCES HAVE THEIR DREAMS COME TRUE. THAT'S THE SECRET TO TRUE SUCCESS HELP OTHERS ATTAIN THEIR DREAMS WHILE WE ATTAIN OURS IT'S WIN, WIN. PAIN HURTS FOR A WHILE SOMETIMES FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. SOMETIMES PAIN IS SO DEEP IT WILL HURT FOR MONTHS. AT OTHER TIMES PAIN IS SO EMOTIONAL IT WILL HURT FOR YEARS. BUT PAIN FROM QUITING LAST FOR EVER AND IT NEVER GOES AWAY.
